It's official. The first day of Fall. This is by far my favorite time of the year. I leave for Alaska in less than a week with a good friend of mine. We are hoping that the weather there will hold on just a little bit longer for us to get in some great hikes and photograph the beauty there. Maybe even get lucky enough to see a bear or moose.... you just never know!

This is my very favorite time of year as well. It seems that the fall season has been so short here in Missouri. Hopefully we will get some leaves to start changing here so I have some pictures to share as well.
