And the winner is.......

Theresa!
Let me know what color you like, or what color Rosie likes!!!!

I have been extremely busy getting ready for Tucson.... We just did a quick drawing today, no time for photographs... we have to keep our nose to the grindstone! I got almost all of the beads and silver packed up today. Tomorrow I need to rivet some nice Raven feathers and then I am done! Just need to pack my clothes and figure out a way to take my Towanda!!!!!

I will bring my camera and computer with me to Tucson and do my best to keep you all up to date with the goings on! We are really looking forward to the sun!!!!

Getting there.....

I was in the studio tonight and my camera happened to be in there as well.
I thought I would snap a few photos of some of the beads and caps that are sitting on this counter.. Most of the beads in this photo were capped and cored today. Whit has been soldering up the large jump rings for the hearts and making more earring posts for me.....

This are just some misc. beads and silver cored kryptonite beads....

Some off mandrel hearts and caps....

Look at all of these caps that my friend Anna bagged up for me.....

Some more caps.......

And Towanda saying "please can I come to Tucson with you, I promise I will be good!"

New Earrings......

These are some of the new earrings that Whit and I have been working on. Whit is the solder master!

I have started capping my kryptonite beads with small caps and am now thinking that they look naked without the little caps!

We will have all sizes of caps available for sale in Tucson! Let me know if you are interested in any specific sizes.

Also leave a comment and I will draw a name for a capped kryptonite bead! I will draw the name on January 31st!

Christine, Whit and a surprise visitor......

My sister Christine came here for a week to help me with some of my tax stuff and to also get me closer to being ready for the Tucson show! If only she could stay here till February 1st!!!

During her stay Whit helped her out by teaching her how to solder. Christine has been making some really cool crosses out of PMC. I need to have her send me a better photograph of a finished piece.......

Here are a few photos of them working.

It was a nice surprise when Phil, Lois's husband, stopped by to see Christine! (I should of taken a photo of his new tattoo...... well you will just have to wait till Tucson to see it).

Spent most of the day today capping and coring beads. Tomorrow I plan on making more beads and then Tuesday making more bead caps that I will have for sale at the Tucson show! I will have them for beads made on 3/32", 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" mandrels. If you are interested in other sizes just let me know in time before the show and I will see what I can do!

Gearing up.....

Well it is that time of the year again... man last year sure seemed to fly by!
I am starting to make beads for the Tucson Show that happens during the first week of February. This will be my sixteenth year at The Whole Bead Show!

This is an old bead for me.... I call it my flower dot bead. These beads have a 1/4" hole and will soon be cored and capped with silver. I used some of the Double Helix glass in these, I am very happy with the results.

I will keep the photos coming as I progress!!!
