It snowed pretty much all night last night. I was like a little kid when I woke up this morning. I was running all around the house looking for my snow gear and head out the door asap! I found everything but my boots.....
Whit and I jumped in the 4 Runner and headed to North Beach first..... Whit got a great photo of a crow on a log at the beach.
Then we started our journey over to the Moore's house to go sledding. On our way a coyote crossed the road in front of us... Whit was lucky enough to get this photo of him/her.
This is a photo of the Moore's driveway! No shortage of snow here!
We stopped at the mailboxes to check their mail and someone had made this great
Snow Mouse!!!
Here I am just like a little kid all proud with my brand new sled....
Some of the sledding gang...
Here is a photo of Whit, Jim and Anna in the large sled with Groves and his friend hanging on to the end!
Me, Jim and Anna getting started on a run!
Liz, myself and Anna on another run....
Jim, Liz and Anna starting a run!
I am hoping to go back again tomorrow! It is snowing as I am writing this..... Hopefully we will get another 4 - 6 inches.... That would make me very happy!

Jacob had a great time sledding! This is the first time he has ever sledded anywhere else but our street & yard. He fell asleep pretty early tonight! Sledding was all he could talk about! He also had a pretty pleased grin after Whit called him and they talked football. xo, Lois
I love the Joy on all of your faces. Merry Christmas to you all.
Hi Andrea!! Thanks for sharing and the smile. We Hoosiers are still waiting for the first big snow of the season. I can't wait for Steve and I to take our snow walk in the woods! Merry Christmas to you and Whit!!

Andrea - you do indeed look like a little kid on Christmas morning (or a snow day, hard to tell which)! I'm glad you finally got your snow, and lots of it, it looks like! All we have here is c-o-l-d!
I'm getting impatient waiting for my Day 2 beads to arrive!! Guess I need to pester the folks at Arrow Springs.
Have a wonderful Christmas.
Patty
